Our Story
When I moved from Delhi to Bangalore, I expected the usual challenges of a new city, but something surprisingly basic turned out to be difficult—finding reliable skilled workers. Every time I needed a plumber, electrician, or technician, the experience felt uncertain: I didn’t know who to trust, whether they would show up on time, or if the pricing was fair. As I spoke to more people around me, I realized this wasn’t just my problem—it was something almost everyone was facing. But what truly shifted my perspective was looking at the other side. I saw so many skilled workers—hardworking people trying to support their families—struggling not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked access. They depended on middlemen, paid high commissions, and still didn’t get consistent work because there was no direct visibility to customers. That’s when it became clear that the real problem wasn’t the availability of workers, but the absence of a fair and structured connection between customers and skilled professionals. This realization led to the creation of Pkill—not just as another service platform, but as a system designed to bridge this gap by giving customers reliable access to skilled workers and giving workers direct visibility and fair opportunities without unnecessary intermediaries. At its core, Pkill is built on a simple belief: work should not depend on luck, contacts, or middlemen—it should depend on skill, trust, and equal opportunity.
